• You are required to pay for the delivery charge when you collect the order. The delivery charge will vary according to the weight of the order.

• Self-pickup, address: Shop 3, on Podium, the Coastal Skyline, Tung Chung, HONG KONG (Seaview Crescent)
• The order will be delivered to selected store within 1-2 working days.
• Please bring your order confirmation email or phone identification upon collection of order.

EXCHANGE POLICY

1. If there are any problems with your order please contact us through email (seasonoutletonline@gmail.com.) attached with the photos of the received product(s) and include the order number and the reason for the return.

2. Any request for exchange over 3 days will be declined. 

3. Products can be exchanged if there is a quality problem.

4. If the product is out of stock, it is possible to change for the other product but the difference will not be returned if the price of the exchange item is lower than the original one.

5. Refund policy is not available.
